Saturday 1st June
Glencar to the Mines Yoga Hike with ‘Wellbeing with Blaithín’
Starting from Glencar Waterfall, hike up and over the back of the Dartry range to visit the old Benbulben Barite Mine. The hike is classified Grade B due to a moderately challenging ascent followed by a long but easy mountaintop ramble to the mines. The Yoga session is as always designed for all abilities with options provided for both beginner and advanced yogi enthusiasts. No Mats required, snack and beverage provided. Bring water and extra bites of your preference.
Wednesday 5th June
4 hour Island ride with Island View Riding Stables
Any riders dream; discover the unspoilt and expansive beaches on horseback! Feel the thrill of crossing an Atlantic channel to O’Connor’s or Dernish Island. Your horse can enjoy the salty island grass while you relax, have a snack and explore the sites of ancient farm life on the island. A group of young horses and our dry stock cattle herd roam the islands. Seals and migratory birds can often be spotted in the estuary.
Experienced riders will have plenty of opportunity for an exhilarating gallop and some jumping over stone walls (optional). This ride needs to be arranged in advance as departure time depends on the tide.

Summer SUP Series with Sligo Bay SUP
Sign up for a 6 week SUP series with Sligo Bay SUP beginning on Thursday 6th June. 6.30-9.30pm.
The series moves around to different locations including Streedagh, Lissadell, Mullaghmore, Lough Gill, Bonnet River, Raghley Harbour and Doorly Park. All necessary gear is provided.
You’re also welcome to bring your own board. All instructors have ASI qualifications and hold first aid and current water rescue.

Friday 21st June
Carrowkeel Solstice Hike
This ramble up the back hills to Carrowkeel will bring you past a vanishing village and onto the ancient Carrowkeel tombs pre-dating the pyramids. The hike is classified Grade C and is an easy paced ramble mostly on well-defined trails. The Yoga session is beginner-friendly and will include guided meditations to align you with solstice sun energy and the ancient wisdom of the tombs. No Mats required, snack and beverage provided. Bring water and extra bites of your preference. Takes place from 7-10pm.
Saturday 22nd June
Kayak and yoga adventure with Sligo Kayak Tours
This collaboration between Sligo Kayak Tours and Salt and Soul Wellness Studio will take you on a peaceful kayak to Beezies Island across tranquil waters. Here you will roll out the yoga mats and flow through a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow sequence, saluting the sun to soothing sounds of the water and surrounded in nature. After the yoga, indulge in a nutritious fruit salad and granola bowl with a cup of tea and coffee before heading back to shore.
No experience necessary to take part, all equipment will be provided for you. Gets underway from 8.30am-1.30pm.

Sligo Coastal Discovery Camp with Seatrails
Seatrails Summer Camp is designed to allow your children to engage with and explore the natural landscape and learn about their surroundings. It will be spread over two days in the beautiful and popular Strandhill area of Co. Sligo. The camp is fun, adventurous and lead by Marine Archaeologist, Auriel Robinson.

2 Day Adult Sailing Course with Wild West Sailing
Sign up for a sailing weekend on Lough Gill and learn skills like, sailing and steering, sail setting and trimming, wind awareness and points-of-sail, basic sailing knots and ropework plus much more. Complete beginners welcome, your instructor will be guiding you throughout the entire experience.
